This Privacy Policy explains how Prodigal AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Prodigal AI," "Company," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Dhanur AI (the "Platform"), including our websites, apps, and services for AI-assisted content creation, scheduling, and publishing.

By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

2) What We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

a) Account & Identity Data

Name, email, phone number, password (hashed), authentication/authorization metadata, role/organization/brand profiles and team member associations.

b) OAuth & Connected Accounts

When you connect external services to Dhanur AI, we receive data via OAuth with your permission:

  • YouTube OAuth (e.g., channel info, upload/publish scopes you approve, video metadata you create via Dhanur)
  • LinkedIn OAuth (e.g., pages/profiles you manage, post/publish scopes you approve, analytics where permitted)
  • Other integrated platforms you connect (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Spotify), strictly within scopes you authorize.

We do not store your plaintext passwords for third-party services. We store OAuth tokens/refresh tokens securely to maintain your connections, and you may revoke access at any time from Dhanur AI or the third-party's settings.

c) Payment & Billing

Name, email, billing address, invoices, and transaction metadata. Card/UPI details are processed by our payment processor (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers or CVV.

d) Creator Content & AI Data

Inputs/prompts, uploaded assets (text, audio, images, video), reference files, AI-generated drafts, outputs, and final content, brand configuration, style preferences, voice profiles.

e) Usage, Device & Technical Data

IP address, device identifiers, OS/browser, language, time zone, app events, pages/screens viewed, session duration, feature usage, crash reports, diagnostics, performance telemetry, security logs.

3) How We Use Information

  • Service Delivery: Account creation, authentication, connected-account publishing, asset management, billing, and customer support.
  • AI Features: To generate content tailored to your preferences and brand voice; to improve model prompts, templates, ranking, and safety systems.
  • Performance & Quality: Debugging, analytics, A/B testing, and service reliability.
  • Security & Abuse Prevention: Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, spam, or misuse.
  • Communications: Transactional emails (confirmations, alerts). Marketing emails only if you consent (you can opt out anytime).
  • Legal Compliance: To meet legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.

4) Legal Bases (where applicable)

  • Performance of a contract (providing the Platform)

  • Consent (marketing, certain analytics/marketing cookies, optional data uses)

5) Sharing & Disclosures

We do not sell your personal information. We may share:

  • Processors/Service Providers (under confidentiality & data-processing terms): hosting/CDN, analytics, error monitoring, email/SMS, payment processors (e.g., Razorpay), customer support tools.
  • Connected Platforms: Only when you explicitly authorize publishing or data sync (e.g., posting to YouTube/LinkedIn).
  • Corporate Transactions: During merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale (subject to safeguards).
  • Legal/Compliance: If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, safety.

6) Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion; some records may be retained where legally required or for legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, audit).

7) Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., TLS in transit, encrypted secrets storage, role-based access controls, logging/monitoring). Payment processing occurs via compliant third parties (e.g., PCI-DSS at the payment gateway).

No system is 100% secure. Promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

  • Access/Update your account data from your profile.
  • Portability/Deletion: Request a copy or deletion of your data (subject to lawful exceptions).
  • Revoke OAuth: Disconnect external platforms at any time.
  • Marketing Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from promo emails.

9) Children's Privacy

Dhanur AI is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to remove it.

We may process/store data in jurisdictions outside your own, where laws may differ. We apply appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) where required.
