1) Introduction

Welcome to Dhanur AI, owned and operated by Prodigal AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd., registered in Delhi, India (GST: 07AAMCP1761C1ZJ). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform.

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2) Definitions

  • Platform: Dhanur AI (websites, apps, APIs, and services).
  • Company, we, us: Prodigal AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
  • User, you: Any person or entity using the Platform.
  • Products/Services: AI content generation tools, scheduling, publishing, analytics, training/course content, subscriptions, and related services.
  • Payment Gateway: Razorpay or other authorized processors.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate information; keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • If creating an organization/brand workspace, you confirm you have authority to bind the organization.

4) Use of the Platform

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Do not: engage in fraud, abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, spamming, platform circumvention, or infringe others' rights.

We may change, suspend, or terminate features or accounts for violations or risks to the service.

5) Connected Accounts & Publishing

  • You may connect YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms via OAuth.
  • You authorize Dhanur AI to act on your behalf only within the scopes you approve (e.g., create posts, schedule, publish, read analytics).
  • You are responsible for complying with each third-party platform's terms/policies (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • You can disconnect at any time; some functionality will stop working immediately.

6) Content & Intellectual Property

a) Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create. By using the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, adapt, and publish your content solely to provide the services (including to platforms you connect and authorize). You're responsible for backing up your content.

b) AI-Generated Output

Unless otherwise stated in an enterprise agreement:

  • Subject to third-party rights, you may use AI outputs for your permitted purposes.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights (e.g., copyright, publicity, trademarks, music rights).
  • We do not guarantee outputs are error-free, unique, or non-infringing; use human review where appropriate.

c) Our IP

All platform software, models, templates, branding, and documentation are owned by Prodigal AI or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform as permitted by these Terms.

7) Plans, Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are shown in INR and may include applicable GST; international users may see currency conversions by their bank.
  • Payments are processed via Razorpay or other authorized gateways.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You authorize recurring charges for active subscriptions.
  • You are responsible for taxes, fees, and compliant billing details.

8) Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital Services: Typically non-refundable once delivered/accessible.
  • Refund Requests: Must be raised within 7 days of purchase at surabhi@prodigalai.com; we may approve in cases like duplicate charges or verified technical issues.
  • Cancellations: Stop future renewals; already-charged periods are non-refundable.
  • Chargebacks: Contact us first to resolve billing disputes.

9) Compliance & Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload or generate unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content.
  • No attempts to bypass safety systems or generate disallowed content on connected platforms.
  • We may use automated and human review for abuse prevention and policy compliance.

10) Warranties & Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodigal AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prodigal AI from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Platform, or violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

13) Privacy

Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
